Kimbolton Kindergarten is a rural ECE service providing education and care for children from 2-5 years. We cater for the needs of rural families by opening from 8.30 until 3:00pm.  Our roll of 20, means that children have lots of space to move and teachers can spend quality time working in small groups with children

Our teaching team support children to actively explore and interact with their natural environment as they play and learn.  We value children and their whậnau as individuals and appreciate the knowledge and skills they bring to our learning community.   We work alongside families to provide learning opportunities that reflect the child’s interests and strengths.  

Our teaching team has a strong focus on building relationships, and caring for the environment, and each other.  We support children’s developing social and emotional learning, as they work alongside others and provide opportunities for them to be kaitiaki of our living world. 

We have strong connections to our community and value incursions (visitors) and excursions out in to the wider world.
