About us and our programme
Gonville Kindergarten is a Pacific Kindergarten grounded in Te reo Māori me ōna tikanga. Based in Tutaramoana, we have connections to schools such as: Gonville, Tawhero, Carlton, Kokohuia, Te Kura Kaupapa Māori ō Tūpoho, Castlecliff, Aranui, Kaitoke, Faith City, Durie Hill, Upokongaro, Okoia, and Keith Street.
We celebrate cultures, identities and languages aiming to empower tamariki to be capable, confident learners.Through building strong reciprocal, collaborative relationships with whānau we aim to provide a culturally rich education utilising multiple languages including sign language, Te Reo Māori, English, Samoan, Fijian, and Tongan, as a part of our daily programme.
