About us and our programme

We acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua, and the Treaty of Waitangi as paramount.

We celebrate the diversity of cultures and work in partnership with our community. Everyone is welcome, promoting belonging and respect. The celebration and sharing of food has a special place in our kindergarten.

We emphasise the learning that happens in our spacious outdoor environment. We include the performing arts - dance, mime, music, visual arts, creative movement and storytelling.

We support children to develop skills in communication and building relationships, enabling us to become better citizens of our world.

We acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua, and the Treaty of Waitangi as paramount, and our kindergarten reflects this.

Ko te whakatipu I te mana o te mokopuna te tina taumata hei whainga maa tatou - Empowering growth within the child to reach their full potential.
