Kindergarten funding should not be cut.
We are the largest high-quality low-cost service in the country with 670 centres from Kaitaia to Bluff. Without kindergarten, many children would miss out on a good start to education.
Equity funding is really important and needs to be expanded, including rural equity funding.
Engaging Priority Families provide a targeted initiative that meets a proven need in our communities.
