About us and our programme 

The Berhampore teaching team prides itself on relationships with children, parents and whānau. Manaakitanga and whanaungatanga are at the heart of our service.

We are working to embed the bicultural practices of Te Ao Māori as part of our daily practice so that it is alive and truly meaningful. Our educational learning environment is rich, diverse, inclusive and multicultural.

Our physical environment is large, challenging and well-established, inside and out. We have a productive and thriving garden. Our sustainability focus sees us and the children as kaitiaki of our environment.

We focus on learning to develop children's mana with warmth and humour.
