Piri'anga Alofa Pacific and Community Services held their second Health and Wellbeing event in Whanganui last week! This time over in the east at Whanganui East School, which was a great success.
A huge thank you to our Totara Puku Kindergarten teaching and support staff, including our wider Whanganui Whānau Manaaki staff for all their support and for making sure their families came along and were supported by the Health teams.
The services made available included all life immunisations, dental checks, health checks, B4School checks, cervical and breast screening, and general health advice.
Another great event promoting health services and general health advice for our tamariki and their whānau in the communities we serve, just before the winter cold hits.
Huge thanks to all the services that were involved. We couldn’t have done it without you. Whanganui Regional Health Network, Te Waka Tairanga Ora - Te Oranganui, Whānau Āwhina Plunket, Community Oral Health Services, Health NZ - Whanganui, Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora
