This week 135 staff from across our four support offices (Whanganui, Taranaki, Porirua and South Otago) came together for an office hui in Porirua.
As well as meeting as a whole group and hearing from our Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, we met in small groups to work on our Team Stragesgy and Action Plans (TSAP), personal growth cycles and team building.
The operations team had the great privilege of working together at Te Wananga o Aotearoa, in their newly renovated space - Te Ao Mārama. A pōwhiri was held, as we were the first group to visit from Whānau Manaaki since their extensive renovations. Kaitiaki o Kaupapa Māori Louana Fruean answered the kai kōrero, and digital content creator Nate Lopa represented Whānau Manaaki with a whaikōrero.
